From our atelier to your door — carefully packed, fully insured, and delivered with care.
Every CRYSTAFLOW garment is handcrafted to order. Production takes 2–4 weeks, after which your piece is carefully packed in our signature dust bag and box, and shipped worldwide via express courier with full insurance and tracking.
Production & Crafting Timeline
- Made to Order — 2–4 weeks: All garments are crafted from the moment your order is confirmed. This includes pattern, sewing, crystal embellishment and final inspection.
- Rush Production: Need it sooner? Contact our concierge and we will do our best to arrange an expedited timeline.
- Ready Stock: Select designs are occasionally available in ready stock. These ship within 1–2 business days.

All shipments include full tracking and insurance against loss or damage. Delivery timelines are estimates from dispatch, not order date.
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipping outside Mainland China may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. CRYSTAFLOW is not able to determine these charges in advance; please consult your local customs authority.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You may also track your order online at any time, or sign in to your account for full visibility.
