1. Our Services
CRYSTAFLOW provides handcrafted figure skating and rhythmic gymnastics garments, all made-to-order, along with related atelier services. All products are described to the best of our ability; we reserve the right to make minor variations due to the handmade nature of each piece.
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- An order is confirmed only after payment is received and we send an order confirmation.
- We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors have occurred.
- Made-to-order pieces are produced to your specifications and measurements; production takes 2–3 weeks.
3. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom-made garments are crafted exclusively for you based on the measurements and preferences you provide. Because of this personalised nature, bespoke orders are non-refundable. However, we offer complimentary fit adjustments if the size doesn’t fit perfectly, as set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, photographs, text, and branding — is the property of CRYSTAFLOW and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRYSTAFLOW shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international commerce laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then by arbitration.
