Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the CRYSTAFLOW website and services.
1. Our Services
CRYSTAFLOW Atelier provides handcrafted figure skating and rhythmic gymnastics garments, made-to-order and ready-to-wear, along with related atelier services. All products are described to the best of our ability; we reserve the right to make minor variations due to the handmade nature of each piece.
2. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are listed in CNY and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- An order is confirmed only after payment is received and we send an order confirmation.
- We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors have occurred.
- Made-to-order pieces are produced to your specifications and measurements; production takes 2–4 weeks.
3. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom-made garments are crafted exclusively for you based on the measurements and preferences you provide. Because of this personalised nature, bespoke orders are generally non-refundable, except as set out in our Returns & Exchanges policy or where a defect exists.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including designs, photographs, text, and branding — is the property of CRYSTAFLOW Atelier and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRYSTAFLOW shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mainland China.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
