From our atelier to your door — carefully packed, fully insured, and delivered with care.
Every CRYSTAFLOW garment is handcrafted to order. Production takes 2–3 weeks, after which your piece is carefully packed in our signature dust bag and box, and shipped worldwide via express courier with full insurance and tracking.
Production & Crafting Timeline
- Made to Order — 2–3 weeks: All garments are crafted from the moment your order is confirmed. This includes pattern, sewing, crystal embellishment and final inspection.
- Rush Production: Need it sooner? Contact our concierge and we will do our best to arrange an expedited timeline.

All shipments include full tracking and insurance against loss or damage. Delivery timelines are estimates from dispatch, not order date.
